Learning to drive can be a stressful and daunting prospect. Hemel Hempstead Driving School understand this, and try to make your driving lessons as enjoyable and professional as possible.

Learner drivers have varying degrees of confidence, and our driving instructors are trained to give lessons at your pace; so whether you are young, old, confident or nervous, we have the instructor for you.

Hemel Hempstead Driving School want you to learn to drive – not just pass your driving test! Our job is to ensure that our pupils pass their driving tests, and go out on the roads feeling comfortable, confident, and, above all safe.

We fully appreciate that parents may want to meet our instructor before agreeing to any lessons (we’re parents ourselves), and we are happy to meet with parents before, and at any point during the pupil's driving lessons. Hemel Hempstead Driving School only employs driving instructors who have been licensed by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) and are CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked.
New Learners can expect to be behind the wheel from the very first lesson. Our aim is to make these lessons as much fun as possible, without compromising on safety. It’s ok to make mistakes, and we usually manage to have a laugh, a chat and try again. Our relaxed and friendly attitude goes a long way to making our pupils feel at ease.

One thing about learning to drive that no-one laughs about is the cost. Hemel Hempstead Driving School is aware that everyone is feeling the pinch at the moment and we have tried to limit our costs as far as possible. Please ask us for a quote and check our Offers box.
